More than Health Promotion - How Employers Manage Health and Productivity

IBI surveyed 450 employers to detail the prevalence of HPM and disability interventions, employers’ expansion plans, program goals, assessment measurements, and employers’ views of how well HPM initiatives are meeting their desired goals.

IBI has created a short presentation below on its HPM research. IBI members are invited to use the presentation (downloadable as a PPT, below) with attribution to IBI and the other sources cited. The accompanying commentary may be seen in the notes of the presentation upon download. A written summary of the research and a full report also are available on our website.
