Employers

Employer membership is free for the first year (providers of benefits programs, products and services are not eligible for the free employer membership). Thereafter employer membership is $100 per year. Click here to request a free one-year employer membership in IBI.

IBI offers a variety of resources to help employers of all sizes stay up-to-date on health and productivity issues, measure their health and productivity needs, make the business case for health, and design and monitor new initiatives. Employer members receive no-cost industry comparisons from IBI’s Benchmarking program based on 27,000 employer benefits programs and almost 3 million claims.

IBI membership provides exceptional value, from major research studies and monthly Research Insights to measurement tools, Employer Insights around proven tactics and discounts on educational opportunities and measurement tools.

Starting as low as $2500 per year, IBI offers four supplier membership categories so you can choose the benefits and the participation level that meet your needs. Membership includes consultants, insurers, healthcare providers, third-party administrators, pharmaceutical companies, PBMs, disease management firms and others having an interest in health, productivity and absence/disability management.
