Employer Incentives for Workforce Health and Productivity

This research addresses employers’ critical need: information about how best to use incentives and disincentives to promote employee health and productivity. The research identifies a willingness to invest substantial amounts in incentives and disincentives that are less effective than others and that do a relatively poor job of meeting employers’ bottom-line business objectives.
