Zoram Blancas-Ruiz is the Director of Benchmarking & Analytics at the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Zoram brings more than 15 years of professional experience, including over a decade of expertise in Absence and Disability Insurance, with a strong focus on the Health and Productivity space. Zoram holds a Master of Applied Analytics from the Roux Institute at Northeastern University, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Peru.

Sera-Leigh is a Senior Researcher at the Integrated Benefits Institute. She completed her Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership, with a focus on non-profit organizations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a feminist scholar, and her own research interests includes understanding the impact of the pandemic on university employees. Sera-Leigh brings her extensive experience and interests in data analysis, methodology and research writing to IBI. Sera-Leigh holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology at the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Westminster College, Missouri.

Ajay Heir is a Research Associate at The Integrated Benefits Institute.
Ajay's background is as a quantitative researcher specializing in applied statistics, biostatistics, and the translation of complex health and productivity data into clear, employer ready insights. He brings experience conducting structured literature reviews and producing stakeholder facing research deliverables that support senior leadership in evidence-based decision making.
Ajay holds a B.S. in Statistics & Data Science and a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is currently pursuing an M.S. in Applied Statistics at CSU Long Beach with a concentration in biostatistics, where his research interests center on health analytics, productivity research, and applied statistical methodology.

Jim Huffman is President of The Integrated Benefits Institute.
With over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and health care, Jim brings a unique perspective developed from senior roles leading global employee benefit programs for Fortune 100 corporations, serving as a strategic consultant & advisor to hundreds of large and early-stage companies, as well as operational experience in the health insurance industry. Jim serves in several industry association leadership roles including a member of the Board of Governors for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), a member of the Business Group on Health (BGH), a member of the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), and a past Board member at the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC). Jim holds a Master of Science in Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin.
