resource-image

This research examines the intersection of caregiving responsibilities and workforce participation using nationally representative data from Johns Hopkins University's National Study of Caregiving (n=1,058 working caregivers, representing 8.8 million Americans) and real-world evidence from a leading caregiving support platform. The study quantifies work productivity loss, identifies contributors, and establishes the business case for employer-sponsored caregiver support interventions.
