Caregiver Impact on Workplace Productivity

Carol Bonner, the lead researcher, presented data showing that caregiving results in annual productivity losses ranging from $17 to $34 billion and affects diverse demographics, including 45% of caregivers aged 51-65.
Teresa Roma from Wealthy confirmed that these demographics align with real-world observations, emphasizing the high demand for support among employees managing multiple care responsibilities.
