Please review our proposal guidelines before proceeding to the submission form.

  • Be Specific
IBI selects proposals based only on the descriptions that are included. Paint us a picture of what you plan to talk about. Without including details, our team has no way of knowing if your presentation is a good fit for our audience. Bring your proposal to life by including examples or a story of improved workforce health.

  • Highlight Outcomes
As an outcomes-driven organization, IBI believes that showcasing tangible results make for a compelling story and can help others learn from you example. If you haven't collected data yet, we'd love to hear how you plan to measure your outcomes and what indicators you'll be looking for.

  • Focus on Broader Value, Not Just Cost
While medical costs are important, we urge you to highlight impact beyond costs alone. Tell us about lost time, employee and business performance, collaboration across programs, building a culture of health or engaging employees. After all, integrated is our first name.

  • Identify an Employer
Our attendees love to hear about real-life examples of programs, not just the theory behind them. Identify an employer partner or client that can join you on stage. If it's not possible to lock in one yet, don't just mark TBD. Include a few potential names so we can see you're actively thinking about who might be a good fit.

  • Think Information, Not Infomercial!
IBI is always focused on education, not selling. Presentations that attendees like best are those that focus on content rather than pushing a product or service. If your proposal sounds like a sales ditch, it's not a good fit for us.
